Home Checking

We offer all the services required to allow for your peace of mind while meeting all the requirements of your home owners insurance. 

We have an extensive check list of interior and exterior items we check upon each visit. Our vists are $15 per visit.  We can also offer weekly and monthly rates. 

Interior Checks Include:

• Check and record the temperature on the thermostat

• Run taps/flush toilets

• Fridge and freezer checks

• Check for water leaks

• Adjust blinds, and lights

• Check for smells

• Check for pests or rodent issues

• Check doors and windows for any damages and ensure they are secure

• Electrical panel checks

Exterior Checks Include:

• Check mail

• Check garage, shed, and yard

• Check outdoor lighting

• Check sprinkler systems

• Take out garabe and recycling bins

Additional Services:

• Lawn cutting

• Snow removal

• House cleaning

• Grocery shopping

• Small animal care (fish, cat, guinea pig)

• Start vehicle
